Begin with a shower under the sky, using soothing Epsom salts to gently scrub and awaken the body. Float to the traditional sauna, where you’ll pour kunzea-infused water over hot river stones, releasing aromatic steam into the space.
Let yourself sink deeply, shedding what no longer serves you. Then plunge, transform, rest—and repeat.
